On April 4, 1980, Western Community Insurance Company was established as an extension of Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Idaho to expand the range of insurance products available to customers. In 2024, Western Community Insurance Company expanded its operations to the state of Washington, with the goal of establishing enduring connections with Washington’s families, farmers, ranchers, and business owners by protecting what matters most to them.

About: Emily has worked in the insurance industry since 2013, with experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance and Group Health. Raised in the orchard business and having managed a lumber manufacturing company, Emily has a solid foundation in business operations and risk management.
Outside of work, Emily currently shows in the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) and Open Horse Shows. Her husband’s family raised cattle for years, and her sons have shown steers at county fairs, making cattle raising a deeply rooted tradition in her family. Emily was a high school softball coach for four years and volunteers at fundraisers and the Equine Department at the Spokane County Fair. She enjoys reading, gardening with her grandchildren, and spending time on horseback.
Combining her industry knowledge with a passion for hard work and helping other, Emily is dedicated to providing exceptional insurance solutions and personalized service to her clients.
